They have a strange policy of writing down your full credit card number. And get super defensive when asked about their strange policy. Best to avoid. Many other furniture shops around.

The person here is really ridiculous. When recommending me with his own brand LAVIVA while I was very satisfied with the other bed which was on promotion. Then he came out with all the reasons to persuade me not to buy. He entertained me the day before with a lot of very good products. But while looking at that mattress he don't even want to entertain me, saying the mattress has no warranty, bad quality etc. Very very poor service
