Was here to pick up a bomb expert to dispose of a world war II mortar I discovered in the jungle near town. Apartments seem low class, but adequate. I estimate four levels of flats. Lots of children, but I wouldn't want to live here with children. The police were friendly, but felt more like a bike club than like a western police force.
