I called jb teksi around 3pm giving my phone number and address where am im at. The operator was so rude answering me oh oh oh. She was a chinese person. I cannot speak chinese and i was spoke malay to her, she dint asked me ask me anthing while answering the phone but i often called up this number for teksi, so i address my phone number and my location myself. She asked me where to then i answer i was going to rennaisence permas jaya she hung up very rudely. While waiting outside, this number called me 073539521 called me and imform teksi arrived, i was confused cause waiting outside the adress i ask them to pick up there was no teksi! She told me my pickup phone was in rennaisence i kept quite. Then i correctly told where am i. Then the same number called back and rudely scoled me. This was the service expected from jbteksi service?
