During PKP, they should assign an officer/staff to consult any walk in rather that assign RELA staff to do their work. This is unprofessional. Yes, many will think this is a precaution to protect PERKESO staff but they should know, many walk ins have many issues regarding with PERKESO. Please improve!

Went there but not allowed inside by the guards because have to deal directly with KL headquarters so cannot help. I doubt his words because one of the officers might go out of his way to help me.

Nice place, but the process and Q is horrible slow. Customer reception not able to filter customer documentation and need wait for 1-2 hour for Q only know that documentation not complete. After 2 hour Q, answer from counter is please come again with abc, def document.
