This place checks all the boxes. Excellent value, quick turn-around, and stellar customer service. Picked up two pair of glasses today. One pair of lenses were put into a set of frames I brought in, the second pair were a lens and frame combo purchased on site. Product comes with a warranty. The staff were very patient and put in a lot of effort to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

Affordable price (RM 80) for selected frames that come with lenses. The lenses can be upgraded based on personal need, such as transitions lenses, blue filtered lenses (RM 60) or normal lenses. As an office lady, I have chosen blue filtered lenses to protect my eyes from harmful blue lights. Total cost for my spectacles is RM 140 nett. Time taken to get the spectacles ready is only an hour. It's comparable to other optical shops. Overall experience is great. Friendly staff, fast service and affordable price. Recommended ;-)

I’ll gladly add yet another five star review. Though there are many, many (more than twenty?) eyeglass stores in this mall I’m delighted that I trusted the reviews and chose this one. I was treated to the friendliest service by Aidil and Zach. Most importantly, though I have “difficult eyes” that require different prescriptions for each eye and was concerned about ordering progressive lenses with transitional coating, In delighted with my new glasses which work well indoors, outdoors and for reading as well as long distance. Thanks, guys, for a truly pleasant and professional experience.

My family member recommended optical shop in Sg Wang Plaza and after some research, i was intrigued by the google 5 star rating given to this shop by previous customer. True enough, their staffs are friendly and the one who served me is totally nice. All process took around 30-40 minutes. Good job!!! Keep up the good works

I was surprised this place didn't have a single review below 5 stars, but after my experience here, I won't be breaking that streak. The employees here are extremely patient and friendly, and took the time to explain the different options they had. I got a few pairs of glasses made at extremely reasonable prices, and they were all done within 30-60 minutes! You can't beat this type of service and price in the US.

We will continue the 5 star rating. My husband and I are in KL for a few months and needed a new prescription and lenses for his glasses and more contacts for me. Both of us go exactly what we needed in just 2 days. It was so easy and really great to work with such helpful and friendly staff.
