Be careful of the cashier counter, they didn't give back change money, when u ask them, they were shouted and argue with u. This happened at Padang tembak branch .Komtar branch more better ..

Super lazy and unprofessional. The 2 ladies at Kaunter Pertanyaan (one wearing spectacles), kept directing me to other branches. They are not helping and tried whatever just to avoid works and responsibilities. Wondering how the company hire such lazy people. Guess they only fit to work in this kind of non competitive company
