3rd visiting for my annual check up. The crowd can be very pack at times. Do recommend to come early in the morning. 1 comment is that they still uses the physical numbering system which I feel is not appropriate at times like this. They should think of a more secure way to stop any potential virus transmission. Overall still a pleasant visit with welcoming reception (although quite busy) and blood drawing process is handled by an experienced lady.

Call to make an appointment and they want us to do it online. When we attend to the outlet on time, people without online booking are allow to do test, overcrowded. Disappointment on thier service
Poor management of appointments on a Sunday (27/Dec) morning!!! Came early at 10.35am for a 10.40 am. Decided to leave at 11.28am. Utter disappointment !!! And it is a SUNDAY and with an appointment system and I still had to wait for nearly an hour !!!
We customers have to wait in the hot sun out site this place. There are senior citizens too queueing up. No chairs provided.. No shade. Pls have some courtesy..
Place is clean, staffs are efficient.
