Need to be careful. They will charge you double if you are not familiar with the price. I will not go back again after got charged twice for some locksets. Its a no no place

Avoid this shop cos they will charge u super- unreasonable higher price than other key shops. Even if need it urgently, do yourself a favour by not stepping into this shop at all.

This is THE PLACE for all your keys and locks. It isn't there for 30 years if not for the reputation. I didn't see banks' vaults sold here but I guess they can arrange for those too. Operator conducts safe and lock courses too

Slightly pricey to call for service to change faulty door lock RM200 inclusive new lock. Locksmith very skilled. Installation job neat and good.

So many months ago, I got my car's halfcut done but the remote that came with the halfcut wasn't working well as the battery was almost flat. I came to the shop to get the battery replaced but the young man said he couldn't open the remote up (screw stripped, not their fault) so I asked if he could duplicate. As a careful and responsible shopkeeper, they requested to check my car before duplicating (I think it's to ensure the car/key isn't stolen). He kept trying to duplicate but as I said, because the battery was almost flat the remote doesn't work well so it's wasn't emitting any signal properly. I left disappointed myself. Right after leaving the shop, the remote worked and I ran inside telling the young man it worked. He managed to quickly work on it and duplicated the remote signal. Went to my car and managed to pair it as well. Contrary to other bad reviews, they are an honest business. Will I return? Yes. Pricey? Maybe but they're willing to help out.

Thinking of saving few doller by going the car workshop beside it to dublicate key. At the end cost me 2 trip by going back complaint yet problem not solve. Chow Junior just solve it like a charm.
