Hi, In reference to the allegations below. This is the management of O&K Cleaning. Can you please furnish us with detail information of your 'absolutely terrible experience" and what was lied to you and what was stolen from you! If you can furnish us with proof of your allegations, then we can take appropriate action to your satisfaction! We view such allegation seriously and will take drastic action on our staff if we found them to be lying and stealing! Please furnish also your name and where does those allegations took place because we have no idea who you are. Strangely, we can't recalled any such experience happening... perhaps you can enlighten us? Anyway, from time to time, we do have competitors or jealous individuals who wants to tarnish our company image by stating malicious and misleading information. We hope you are not one of them considering the vagueness of your complain. Please use this platform to reply to us so as to proof the sincerity of your allegations and to demonstrate to our valued customers of our desire to uncover the truth as to improve our business and make sure such things never happen again.
