Vet is friendly and provided good knowledge and medication for my cats. However, the rest of staff need to be more professional in handling customers / pet owners. Also, twice I have come at 10am and the clinic wasn't opened yet and had to wait until 10:30 in car with the cats, made my cats very stressed out.

DO NOT FOLLOW THIS NAVIGATION BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU WRONG DIRECTIONS search Osman Hassan Frozen Food Nilai instead The vet doctor and receptionist were awesome at handling cats! They're friendly and I feel cozy already when I first enter the clinic. Got my cat vaccinated and doctor even gave a pill for deworming. I'm highly satisfied with how the doctor treats my cat. Will come again soon for spaying!

Very good service and the vets are very helpful. The price for fleas treatments also very competetive. I've been loyal customers for more than 7 years.

We sent most of our cats to this clinic. We love how the staff treated our cats. From the staff at the counter, till the vet docs, all very professional. The clinic is clean. The charges are reasonable as well, recommended!
