The structure is old, not well organised at all. Been to several apartments inside and the condition that they are in is downright horrible. The lift buttons barely function and the whole condominium is not properly cleaned. Lots of stray cats were around as well the last time I visited. The positives are that it is close to the nearby shoplots and INTI University so convenient for students and offers somewhat decent number of parking spaces across the 3 Blocks.
