Highly recommend for student or wking single people to stay here. Varies of room with different price, still affordable. Room ? Quite ok, depend on the owner, some are fully furnished some are not. Ask the owner when u wnt to rent here. Lot of space for prking. Near to grocery, shop, dining place. Got bus for uitm, unimas student too pass by this road. U jst need to walk like few mins to get to the front bs stop. Once u stay at unimas,didnt get chnce to stay at college nahbb u know how to live otuside the campus there. Hehehe.

Houses here are a bit small. The insulation for the housing means that if it's a hot day the house will be very hot. The exterior of the block is quite clean. If you're planning to get a place here do remember that there is no one working in the guard house.
