Coming here for my partner's birthday together with friends was such a letdown. This place has tremendous potential for hours of fun for all ages, but it failed in so many aspects. 1) Poor maintenance of each area. There were 3 activities undergoing maintenance when we were there, and we weren't notified beforehand at all. There are only about 10 games to be played here (or less?), so if 3 are under maintenance, there are not many left. 2) Horrible game marshals - absolutely no passion and enthusiasm displayed. Instructions were not clear at all. They didn't seem to want to be there. When we wanted to move from one game to another, we literally had to shout for the marshal to come back and guide us for the next game. She wasn't anywhere to be found most of the time. This really ruined the experience for us. 3) Play items smelled bad, like really bad, and are super unhygienic. 4) We booked a couple of weeks prior to coming here but when we called to confirm the day before, they said that the booking wasn't in the system. We managed to sort it out but it wouldn't have been a problem anyway because the place was deserted on a Saturday evening. At a hefty RM65 for two hours per person, we'd much rather spend it somewhere else. We finished everything within an hour and was left to play with the games more than once. As I said, tremendous potential, but can't see this place prospering if it doesn't fix its many teething issues. I really can't see how other people could give this place a 5-star rating.

Pros 1. Great place for team-building Cons 1. There's no toilet inside so you'll need to use the mall's toilet instead and I even got locked out once using the other entrance as they closed the main entrance entirely 2. The whack-a-mole (farmer?) game is dangerous as the facilitator didn't tell the opposing team member who's doing the whacking to not do swiping movement. The guy swiped across my face and my entire spectacle flew off from my face and the lens came out from the frame 3. The bicycle pedalling game needs improvement as there's no weight to it when pedalling so you're basically pedalling something weightless and your legs will be out of sync with each other. Don't let me get started on how the raincoat reeks of pungent sweat from earlier contestants 4. One of my friend sprained her hand and could you believe it that their first aid kit box isn't even carrying a sprain ointment. The poor staff who tried to help us wanted to give us an antiseptic ointment instead Overall, overpriced and overhyped. My muscles are still sore after a few days too

I cannot believe how is there a bad review for this place because i definitely had the best time with my clique here. we payed rm70 per pax for 2 hours which is very affordable since we played more or less 10 games for 2 hours and fully guided by the marshal. SUPER fun, will definitely come here again with another friends and recommend it to others. Guided by marshal Firdaus & Khalis (Im not really sure if this is how his name is spelled) . they were both very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

We made a booking for the Party Room 1 yesterday 2pm, and was attended by a marshal named Abdi. He was all-in, and gave us options how to play around our 3 hours. We initially decided to play for the first two hours, and hang around the room that has karaoke, PS4 and PS Switch in the remaining hour. We had 7 adults and 2 kids aged 4, and knowing that to leave the kids in the Kiddy Zone, one of us had to sacrifice and supervise them. But instead we brought them in the whole adults area, until at one point they got bored, Abdi offered to find another marshal to help supervise the kids. The marshal, Daniel was super attentive and played with the kids and didn’t leave his eyes off of them eventhough once in a while they runaway to find us, he still followed them and interacted with them. Really good job. There were many activities to do, and all were very fun. We eventually spent 2hours and 30mins in there, and the remaining hanging out playing the PS machines. Really fun, worth the money. Nevermind if there were no other ppl, we got the whole place to ourselves. Thank you Marshal Abdi and Daniel for your super service! Five stars for you!

We booked for two hours but many of the games were under maintenance, so we wasted our money playing the same games hosted by the worst game Marshalls I've ever met. They could have told us before we entered that some games are under maintenance so that we can try one hour first and decide if we want to extend after. Marshalls were indifferent, tidak apa, not really guiding the session and were bad at giving instructions. It is no wonder that the place was empty on a Saturday evening. Would highly NOT recommend.
