Very bad internet connection. Calling CS for problems solve, but they never attend for ANY ONE TIME AT ALL . Technician call by phone to teach how to solve , but 2/3 days later , the same problem again

They are one of the affordable Internet provider in Penang, but do not fall for its price. Most of the time the connection is slow and lost connection can go for a whole day or two (it happens monthly). Customer service line is as bad as their Internet connection. Most of the time you won’t be able to reach to them and if you do, they will say “doing maintenance” or “technician is working on it” of course they are not to blame and only doing their job. I absolutely do not recommend this provider at all, it gives more inconvenience.

NOT EVEN WORTH FOR 1 STAR!!!Totaly disaster and nightmare for my home.Confirm will disconnect when around 8pm.All mobile games/working time 100% facing nightmare experience.Customer service is so lousy until I don't know how to describe it with language.They will keep ask you using different internet test speed provider to prove their lousiness internet speed.Even we proved it,the speed or disconnected problem will not be solved. To the people out there,PLEASE DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!Money wasted due to contract signed and without get a good experience! Facing this issue since MCO1.0 and after almost 1 year,today is Jan 2021,this problem is my nightmare!!!!

I will give the service 0 or negative star. This is the worst internet service provider that I ever meet!! The connection is not stable, each month will break at least once.. It just like purposely break it to remind you pay the bill.. During MCO period, their service keep break for almost 1 whole day and seriously impacting my work. Send feedback to their email and call to the customer service for complain multiple times, but no clear action taken. VERY WORST!!
