bad product, don’t buy this brand, my wardrobe all drawer like this... feel so sad, 1st time delivery something broke, can't install so can’t complete , after 1 week later 2nd time delivery, tool dint bring up for complete wardrobe, after few day later 3rd time salesman came for complete some defect, find out all drawer can’t be repair, need bring back factory..and we find out when door open got sound and inform salesman, one week again salesman come back with new drawer and bring one man for repair door problem but can’t fix it, so arrange one uncle came to fix in after 1 week later again, 1 set furniture need one month more time to complete. PS : Salesman service is very good and patient, just the product got many many problem, they said is made by machine, but they are not control quality. I m very regret buying this brand.

The Sales Agent is super nice.... But the delivery service is damn poor... Confirmed the delivery date and time but no show on the promised delivery date. No any call and not answering the call as well.

The agent was super nice n friendly in expo. But the after sale service was very bad. The sliding doors have been stretching the metal frame, super annoying. Requested them to fix so many times but was ignored. Otherwise the wardrobe is OK la for that price range.

It was an good decision to use Mixbox for my newly renovated home. I bought 3 full bedroom sets from them. the wardrobes material are good quality, the design and its colour are beautiful ! Thanks to Mr Henry for his good recomendation . Mr Henry is very friendly, and knows well of his products. His is patient and very clear in his explaination .Good part is that he came to my house and take measurement himself and follow up on delivery till installation. They delivered and installed one day before as promised date . Once again Thank you Mr Henry and MixBox. Keep up the good job!
