I do my heatpress printing here for my T-shirt. They are not responsive on my request. After I wash my shirt, the printing 'tertanggal' & I'm so dissapointed. Never coming back again.

The price is cheap but no point if you cant use the product. I ordered namecard from them years ago but the logo printed is very blurry ,image not sharp. Complain but no action taken and cant refund. At last I have to throw the namecards!

Nathan Alternative

10 pieces of an A4 size papers to be printed, 5 one side coloured and other 5 both sides coloured. But they said can't finish it immediately. Instead, they ask me to come tomorrow. Can't believe they got high rating on Google.

The services are too slow.it will take at least 3 days for them to reply customer's WA or email. It will take more than a month for the materials to be printed. Not impressed.
