They need to improve their CS for ticket payment especially for parking. I want to pay my parking fee today (1/4/2021 6:00 pm). But I need to wait until all the people behind me to buy their ticket. They only need less than 5 min to write receipt for my parking ticket. But still, they made me to wait. 2 person on duty that time (1m, 1f). But only 1 counter open, the man was on his phone until more people comes to buy their ticket. He just open his counter when there are long crowd waiting at that lines. Wasting my time just to pay something that can be settle in less than 5 min.
The parking facilities is orderly with attendant & ticketing area is fast & efficient. However, the ferry never take safety bad top priority: all passengers are locked in the cabin without emergency exit.ill-equipped life jacket stored at inaccessible corner. I hope the management would look into the emergency exit door is priority!

Good place to hang out, but some of the metal art decorative structure started to rust out due to sea humidity. Lot of crow making sounds are annoying enough. Yet more, the parking area are not provided with roof. Only VIP park get roof protection. But you must pay for RM 1 for roofless, crackwd,uneven parking area. The property should improve more on the parking area by paving it properly, having enough illumination at night to avoid car jacking. Seriously, the place are beautiful enough but the poor parking area and access road with not visible road signs are big turn off for the visitor visiting the jetty.
The only obvious reason to visit this jetty complex is to take a ferry ride to Pangkor Island. The place is however cleaner & well maintained compared if you're taking the same ferry from Lumut, Perak. Parking here is accessible, albeit slightly higher rate from the other jetty terminal located in Lumut. But parking here is safer with a peace of mind if you're staying in the island for a longer period. Parking price for an entire day (24hours) will cost you RM14 per entrance.
This is a jetty point, to catch the ferries towards Pangkor. They have made few attractions to spend while you are waiting for the jetty. There are eateries too, along with few shops. There is overnight parking available if you arrive in car or own vehicle. One full day parking under shade is 25rm per night. We need to be careful , that we don't park in sheds that are blocked. There were 1 or 2 guys on bikes trying to help on where to park and collecting money for the long overnight parking. We have bought the tickets online , and it costed us 32Rm for onward and return for 2 people. We observed its 4rm lesser if we buy at the ticket counter. Ferry started on time, and reached pangkor in 15mins. Its almost packed.
