Never expected it to be in a apartment- like building. I was confused at first but just went up and saw the place since I came all the way. Staff was friendly but the location would be dangerous if you're going alone. Do call them before coming. Best part is its Rm27 for a book

i called them on Thursday 30/5/2019. No one picked up the call. Went directly after flight arrived KUL from Kota Bharu Firday 31/5/2019 . Then only saw the notice on the door. FOR REAL U PASTE THE NOTICE ON THE DOOR? you should answer the phone call the day before. and i have to fly back to kb. omg. pls distribute your protocol to the agent / other bookstore.

The worst. Never picked up calls and only wanting the right to sell. But never did their job.

Call them and ask for Protocol book stock before going. They are the only ones selling the original book now
