This is the only airline which will not refund tickets when they cancel flights.

Remember to get your Visitor's Pass before you enter the main gates/security check-point! The Passes are issued at a small building just on your left as you turn into the junction leading towards the Admin Building. You need the Pass card to go through the Security boom-gate and later enter the building front door; Security will not be able to let you in without it.
