I loved staying here, Tim made me feel at home. His home made chocolate chip cookies were amazing, as well as the wonderful breakfast he cooked every morning. The kitties are so sweet and friendly. Comfy beds and perfect location

If you’re looking for a hostel that offers great value for money, go here! The owner is a fantastic person, very friendly and helpful who makes the whole atmosphere of the hostel really cozy. He is a great chef! The breakfast was something he would rock with even in 5* hotel...great combination of flavours! Really fantastic! ️ Malacca is a very charming place and the location of the hostel is very convenient for exploring everything important around
This is amazing place I’ve ever stayed, okay 8 nights. You’re here with gorgeous breakfasts by Tim, a cutie kitty Trumpet. Beside, you have very local vibes here. Just relax here and enjoy the riverside stroll. You’re be good either being alone or meet new friends here.
Great place close to all the main attractions in Melaka. The host is amazing, friendly and prepares a very good breakfast! Totally recommended!

I like everything about this hostel, amazing location only two minutes away from the river. The room is comfortable and you have a lot of space! Tim is a good and friendly person he will host you at his place not only as a guest but also as a friend. Very respectful, kind hearted and caring! We had so much fun together, he definitely made me feel at home he have two beautiful kitties you can play with :D Hope to see you again!
I feel this is like my second home. The atmosphere is fantastic, so cozy and I love the cats so much, although they don’t love me back as much Tim is a rare gemstone! He lives and breathes the SunB, has elephant memory of all the guests that stayed with him, engages with everyone in a fun way and very dedicated with everyone. The conversations I had with him were both life-changing and hilarious absolutely loved the coffee and the breakfast, it makes you really feel like at home! Nothing like it! And the location is wonderful, so central and quiet!
If you're looking for a place to stay with a great service, stay at Sunb! Tim, the owner, is a very nice person and will help you with whatever issue you might have. Plus the breakfast is delicious - truly at "Gordon Ramsay" level. Really enjoyed my stay here and I am glad that I made a new friend.
