Horrible living conditions for the poor animals there. Space is very confined and restricted. The rabbits there are kept in unsanitary conditions. Saw 4 rabbits all cramped in one cage, with no bedding or litter boxes for their urine and feces (picture provided). The poor rabbits are living and stepping on their own urine, which can result in urine scald and fly strikes, which is very serious and fatal for rabbits. The shop does not bother to clean up the urine at all. No food was found inside the cage when rabbits are supposed to have access to unlimited hay 24/7. They don't even know the dietary needs of a rabbit. Really very pathetic and sad. I would honestly rate this 0 stars if i could. It is obvious the shop owner does not care about the animals. I've never been so disgusted in my life. I feel so bad for the poor animals, they all look so sad and neglected. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Awful how they treat the animals in store! It should be closed for mistreatment! The animals are in tiny boxes that hurt their paws and the baby dogs are alone in boxes. They look so sad! Some of the rabbits look like they have already given up, even the babies. Animals are no objects! So don't treat them like they have no feelings. ADOPT DON'T SHOP
This is the worst kind of abuse there is. I have given them 14 days to respond to this review to confrim they will take action on the way they treat animals here and change it. Otherwise i have my way od reporting you to the relevant government authorities inc animal, protection bodies, licensing bodies and highlighting the videos and pictures taken in your premises of animal abuse. This will, be shared throughout all, avenues of media
Too many birds in one cage... cats as long as the cages itself... Please adopt! Don't shop!

Not for animal lovers! :(( Pets like cats and rabbits are held in very small cages. They can hardly move, let alone walk. I also noticed a very small kitten, alone in a cage, who should still be with his mother.
