After survey , decided to come over to My Animal Clinic on weekday. The SOP is to wait in the car. Is not too pleasant considering the hot weather. There is another 4-5 customers in reception so understanding. Basic vaccine consult took almost 25 minutes after a 20’minute wait. Quite thorough and detail. Was adviced to make appointment. Ok and happy with everything else. Fair price and ok pet products

Great doctors and friendly staff to greet you. Place is clean and well-maintained. Got free samples for cat food and thorough explanation from vet regarding my pets health, handy diagrams to make explanation clearer too. It might be considered a bit pricey for some but I feel it was worth it because of the explanation given by the vet. Overall, would visit again but maybe for more serious case seeing as the doctors are capable of giving good explanation for pet problems

Took a stray dog who has a leg injury due to getting bitten during a fight. It's a long wait n when we were finally called in, medical staff took a look then walk off, overall, the in and out took almost half and hour for the medical attention process to finish. While they proof to be animal friendly, however, they lack skills to interact with the humans. Repeated few times, the dog is a stray but they didn't grasp it. Was given medications for the dog with advise to care for the dog like he's my house pet (I wish). Got a bill that cost more than a dog neutering cost. Also, I think I was ripped off with the unnecessary distemper blood test. No leniency for somebody helping a stray. So disappointed and will not be visiting again.

The best animal clinic in melaka in my opinion because they have a park for dogs to play around & not just coop in a cage. The staffs are also very polite and helpful. They told me it is recommended to book for appointment first so I don’t have to wait for too long. The best thing is they can treat other animals not just cats and dogs. I highly recommend this clinic

All the doctors whom have attended to me (or rather my furkids) were really good. Waiting time is decent despite not making an appointment, sometimes even on a rather busy day. Recommended to make an appointment prior to visit as that will make things even faster. Frontline staffs were really good and friendly too. Really attentive and remembers their clients despite having so many patients. This shows that they really love their jobs. Pricing is also decent. Entrance/exit to the clinic is a little challenging since it's a rather busy road, but parking is plenty so no worries about parking.

If any of you plan to bring ur bunnies here, NEVER. I repeat, NEVER bring your bunnies here. Don't be fooled by their reviews bcuz this vet is the worst. The veterinarians here are not only super inexperienced but they also lack basic knowledge esp when it comes to bunnies. They claimed that they are an exotic vet but judging from the things they've told me (one of the vets told me that the most essential part of a bunny's diet are pellets) I knew something was off. They can't even come up with a proper diagnosis for my bunny. Luckily I did my research prior to the consultation or I would have blindly listened to her. Not to mention their poor service and long waiting hours (brought my rabbit here twice and they told me they did not have a record of my bunny. Lol), receptionist was also very rude. The worst thing is they prescribed meds that were useless. Bunny parents pls dont ever consider bringing ur buns here.
