I made my haircut, treatment and colour my hair with DeReve since 2019.. Agnes is my first hair dresser until now April 2021.. super setisfied with the service.. visiting them more than 15 times already.. i invested thousands for my hair and it is totally worth it.. service that i received from DeReve is kinda theraphy for me.. very peaceful environment and excellent service.. i am gladly driving all the way from KL to Melaka just to have their service.. Good job Agnes and DeReve team.. keep up your good work.. cheers..

Needed a pre-Christmas cut while on my travels and found this lovey salon. Had a wonderful cut by Alvin - can’t recommend him enough. Meticulous and friendly :)
I see a lot of potential in the salon. It could be the next talk of the town someday considering how busy Melaka is getting. But, the reason why I gave just one star is because of a few reasons. PS: this comes from an introvert that NEVER leaves a bad rating to any place I've been to cause I know how hurtful and mean it is. 1) the price for just a "junior" (learning student) service is unreasonable. Because considering that the customer might have had better or best experiences for the same price point else where causes a slight disappointment. (The junior did screw up a little, my hair was cut too short though I mentioned not to) 2) they spoke in Chinese thinking I don't understand that language, but I did. They were saying certain things about me that was extremely uncomfortable for me and as I sat there for hours you could imagine me dreading every moment of it. My friends recommended this place to me, they all said that the SENIOR is amazing and deserves more recognition from the local. I'm sorry for giving just one star, love the salon! Especially the senior who was doing other customers of different races and was friendly. I could suggest being nice to other races, not all hairstylists just the "juniors". We Malaysians understand basic Chinese, it's hurtful honey.
I had a very pleasant experience from DeReve. I had my hair colored and my kids had their hair cut. The stylists did a great job. We are all very satisfied with our new look and their services too. My kids were much entertained by the owners pets. Will recommend to my friends.
I LOVE IT! ️ I’ve been to several saloon in Melaka and this is the best one! The place was really warming and cozy, you may have your fantastic “me time” in a good environment over here. All the staff are really friendly too, i feel welcome and loved. The services are super great and they are really helping consulting me. It was a fun experience and i‘ll definitely come again. RECOMMENDED!
