We were told to arrive at 9am, and that boat was to leave at 9.30am. The boat only left at 10.15am thus delaying the entire tour - we had to make some changes to our itinerary as a result of this. Otherwise, the experience was pretty good (and standard). They did not squeeze too many people into a boat like what some other companies did, and the driver was rather friendly.
