Experienced service disruption since evening 26th Feb, just received msg stated that the service to be recover on 28th Feb, 6:00pm. Unfortunately, the service is not yet recover til March, 1st. What a waste. Not only that, the service has been unstable before this. Considering to terminate the service and stop being TM loyal customer soon. Dear TM, go fix your customer issue ASAP or you'll lose your loyal customer!

SERVICE DISRUPTION AT ARANG ROAD SINCE 26TH FEBRUARY UNTIL MARCH, 2ND!!! DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, MOST OF THE TIME PEOPLE ARE WORKING FROM HOME. WITH THE SERVICE DISRUPTION, HOW CAN WE WFH??? I'VE CALLED THE SERVICE CENTRE, NO ACTION TAKEN!! I KEEP RECEIVING MSGS SAYING THAT SERVICE IS RECOVERED. THE HECK???!!!! TM PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVICE ASAP!!!
