Very good customer service. Don't really have to wait long for fixing phone about 1 day or so (depending on their spare parts availability). I'm gladly will recommend anyone with Samsung to have their phone repair cause of originality of Samsung parts. The price for repair also reasonable for me at least. The only downside is that will be quite difficult to find parking during weekdays for getting your phone repaired on that very day(if you give them at 89am). So I recommend to go Saturday cause no need to rush. Only downside is need to wait till Monday to get your devices.
