I wonder why only 1 PUSPAKOM in Kuching. Should have more than 1. Cause too many vehicles to inspect. It not a hiccups to businesses anymore. But, it’s a strangle. So sad
For a first timer like me, the checking flow are clueless. Although i already booked slot using online system, the waiting time are still ridiculous. Appointment are on 2 o'clock, car checking are on 4, done everything on 5 pm

Kind of friendly staff & runners. Will explain to u if ur not sure. Mayb bcoz i've been here for almost 4yrs now. They upgraded the system. Good.
If I can give ¼ star I will give or no star at all Super bad management and no improvement for manyM years operation I hope the government take new operators to do vihicle inspection not just depend on the puspakom company and take another company to do the inspection .. with it the puspakom will improve the service because there's have others competitors I hope this will.improve your service . Im Wrote with midle fingers.

Want to change car ownership first time. Runner charges were a bit excess excessive. Should have regulated and authorised personnel to assist public.
