The staff always skipp your number and concentrate on the other order where they can make it in bulk. Sometimes, they go advance 5-8 number ahead of yours while your number still not being called and 1 of your drinks already melted while waiting for the one pending to be ready.
I would love if Tealive here provide online ordering and self pickup for better purchase experience and avoiding from long queue. If you not solve this problem, I'm happily to open another tealive here and give user more purchase experience
The tea is very good new establisment nice seatings
Great drinks, but the cashier and the other staf at the counter is laughing for no reason behind their mask. It started from me ordering drink until the order is ready to take away. They still laughing. Maybe me look like a beggar kot, idk lah. Next time, there is another tealive branch and its ok.
The service is manthopp. The workers there are so nice and handled the customers very well. The way they interact with me is so professional
