My cat got bite by monitor lizard and in very bad condition so it was emergency. Sadly, one of the staff refuse to accept the cat although she knew the cat was badly injured... i beg her then she go ask the doctor and still refuse... and told me to make an appointment first. Such a bad bad doctor, it like in korean drama... May god damned this clinic...
