Maintain the cleanliness, lighting at waiting hall need to improve for convenience of tourist arrived early morning. Suggest to have convenient store open at 0600 morning to allow tourist to buy the necessity. Marine park ticket counter male staff require urgent attention & customer service need improvement. Do not force tourist to buy ticket if they have no plan to visit sea prison, the marine park. For instance, my family was forcing to purchase tickets although we have mentioned that our visit is purely diving & snorkeling at different site except marine park. However the male staff didn't let us go unless we pay for the tickets. My wife without further argue with this rudeness guy, she paid for 5 tickets, 2 adults and 3 kids. My wife considered it as donation for them to buy meal or do some things good for the marine prison or park. This incident has clarified with Tioman dive guide and boat pilots, all of them told us to ignore of buying marine tickets if we are not visiting marine park. Tioman is beautiful and has good site for diving & snorkeling, but such government agencies are basically creating bad impression and tarnish Malaysian tourism image. Hope government authorities will look into this seriously with immediate corrective action.

Don't ever use bluewater ferry. It is for animals. Long delays to board and disembark. Uncomfortable seats!
