Good for a quick Japanese set meal when you're at Lot 10 mall here. Reasonably priced. Staff service are excellent. Free refill for vegetable salad and rice for certain set menu. Overall, value for money.

I’ve always seen their restaurant in MidValley and decided to try it today out of so many japanese restaurants in Lot 10. Fairly dissatisfied. Affordable but not fancy. The waiters are quite rude and not keen to help out. Like forcing them to serve us. For an example, we requested to be seated on another table, he just bat an eye and ask how many of us? And then we answered he just gave us a glance, and replied ‘you sit there is good’. Do i not get to pick a preferred table when the restaurant is not full? Food wise, is just mediocre, but i think you can find this kind of food quality at a lot of places way better, of course with a better kind of staffs waiting your tables.

Food was nice, but the staff attitude ruined my appetite to enjoy the food. I bought outside drinks before I went to the restaurant. I understand restaurant having rules that outside food or drink is not allowed. So I brought it inside and just put it aside. Never drink it at all. I think most of the restaurant will understand and allow us to bring it inside and put it aside as Long as we don’t drink it. But one of the waiter saw my drink and the tone he used was quite impolite, he point at my drink and told us “ this one cannot a”. I understand if he want to reminds me on the rules, but the tone he used was really very impolite. Later, when I tried to put my drinks into a paper bag, the staff still looking at me until I finished put it inside the paper bag . Errrr???????????? If they didn’t allow any outside food or drink to enter the restaurant at all (even just put aside). They can inform us before we enter, we are totally fine about that and we will leave and go to another place. \u200d️

Food quality is almost identical with the ones in Japan. Chicken is juicy and skin is crispy on the outside. Very delicious meal and for the price we paid for it's acceptable. Highly recommend to all. Please have a better waiting system.

Top notch food quality - the salmon for the sushi and the unagi were fresh. You can immediately tell if the food is fresh or not. I ordered the Unagi Hitsumabushi, which was a fun dish to eat as you can serve it as it is with, mixed with condiments or with a very good dashi. The price is a little steeper but it is justified for the quality. Service was alright, but could be more helpful. For example, the waiter can suggest and instruct the way to eat the more complex dishes (like the hitsumabushi). When I asked the waiter, he told me that it was up to me. A second suggestion is to stop using single-use chopsticks. I think in this day and age where we already have reusable straws, reusable chopsticks is logical and more environmentally friendly.

Nice restaurant, But the teishoku set is quite bland, compared to real japanese set. Ordered, chirashi don but the taste does not work with my taste bud...
