I went to inquiry about physio therapy session post ACL surgery around Oct 2019. Made appointment to see Dr. Azril Syazwan. He was very knowledgable and patiently answered all my questions. The next day, I started my physio session under En. Fadzil. He has about 17 years of experience in physiotheraphy and he is a great person to work with. I also had the opportunity to meet Pn. Faezah who is the head of physiotherapist department and she was also very helpful. Over the course of time, I met with Dato' Dr. Ramlan and Dr. Lim, both whom are friendly, knowledgable and offered great advice. All the doctors mentioned are consulting doctor with years of experience and you may book an appointment to see them via online or by calling to ISN. The front end staff are also friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Pn. Ilah for her help and motivating words. Each physio session requires RM 200 deposit which you can pay by cash or credit card. When you are done with your physio, you will return to the same counter and they will mention how much the physio session cost and will return the balance. Their charges are about 20% to 30% lesser than other places. You can also book your physio sessions in advance. The facility is not open during the weekends. Their hours are the normal government working hours. They have a great treatment room equipped with electrical stimulation, ice therapy and ultrasound device. There is also a rehab gym which you will get a chance to use once the physio decides you are ready to move to the next step. There are three parking spots available for visitors, situated near the security guard post. If you go there regulary, perhaps you could give the security personnals your vehicle information and it will be easier for them. You could park your vehicle there. I would recommend this place for those who would like to do post surgery rehab and to do other rehab. For more information, please go to their website at ppsn.isn.gov.my
