Worst KFC ever. The waiting time just to have someone to attend to your order is beyond comprehension. Seriously for a franchise, I wonder what the owner is doing for the SOP. Absolute mess!

Very good customer service, better than other nearby KFC
The only reason I would rate it 1 star is because I can’t do 0 stars. Worst kfc I’ve ever been at, after eating at this place I have sworn to never eat kfc again. Waiting time is incredibly long, service is terrible. There are 15 workers but only 4 seem to be actually trying to serve customers. Food always cold and the wedges are usually undercooked.
Original chicken not cook very crispy....service is very good,but original chicken very² sad.....please advise...tq....
Kfc app online order very good Sri Damansara kfc jaga door entrance that Malay staff very helpful 5 star. After I make a order only know by one of kfc staff told me that coleslaw finished a bit up sad but still like kfc sri Damansara

Since my first visit that 1 star given few months back, now is improving with the quality of food and the taste of chicken. But services like the timing from queuing to order, until food is ready, it's more likely a long journey, perhaps to increase floor staffs headcount can immediately solve the issue. Overall this store has cozy ambiance with latest structure and design, different furnitures, and also giving more lifestyle images.
