I just called to make appointment and I am yet finish the talk.the operator just hand up my call without said bye. Hello...what..this call customer service. But the guy who help to service my car is good. Please train your operator custoemr skill. Is really not a good first impression for customer. The operator is Indian girl..hello we pay for bad service.please improve

Hello Honda, my first impression to this service centre is gone! First time visit here, i know it is covid-19 period, but i never know the manner of service will be affected??? I did not pay to receive this kind of service. The receptionists especially, can u all be more friendly??! After i enter the center, she just ask me to leave the car key and service book there, technician will call me for service details later. Then i am informed that 1 car only 1 person can enter the center, so my girlfriend was waiting outside when i passing my thing to the receptionist. After that, i have been told none of us can stay inside waiting as well. So we have to stand outside the center to figure out where are we going. BUT, the funny thing is there are a lot of people waiting inside the center! I go back and ask the receptionist, she said because their car have problems, so they are waiting inside??? Funny, i can see they just sitting there comfortably with a whole family! Which is not 1 car 1 person as she told me earlier! So why you told me not allow to wait inside the center? However, the indian guy from counter 3 is manner and serve well. Thanks.

Horrible! Gangsterism! The reception girl was friendly, who speaks only in Malay. The car service, on the other hand, was lousy. Poorly advised and coerced me to agree on whatever items listed. There’s also a compulsory addition of Odor repellent of RM30, even though sanitisation will be done. NO government order nor has it listed in the Company’s terms&condition! When requested for clarification, the desk just shoved me away to request from Honda Malaysia. Please be aware!

The car service is done as expected. A typical service centre which will suggest to add on things like engine cleaning etc. You’re not force too tho However, with relatively premium service price, i would expect them to provide at least some cookies at waiting area. Hence the 3 Star.

How rude is the person who pick up my call. Never even say TQ, in stead of that am the one who say TQ. Not even finish she just hang up my call. Even more I send my car for service but have to wait for 4 weeks to be done and the most worst thing is my car got scratches. The scratch is very odd. I've already spend RM8881 but I experience this kind of service. But am just wanna say TQ to Mr Haresram for his good customer service

Their salesman name Ryan is attentive and serve customer well.. Easy to get in touch with him, very responsive.. I recommend him if you want to buy Honda cars..
