This time they were very efficient and I got my car back by 12 from 10am. They even washed it.

they moved to a another place and customer lounge area very poor. Only received 4-5 bookings(from what i saw) a day morning time only??. From 9 am sent the car until 3:30pm also not done, never inform at all or say anything the about car needed more than 6 hours to service, waited here for 6 hours and there isnt any restaurant near here AT ALL. ( AT LEAST LET YOUR CUSTOMER KNOW SO THEY CAN GO DO SOMETHING ELSE WITH THEIR TIME, NOT SIT HERE & TEMAN U WORK FROM 9am UNTIL YOU GET OFF WORK)

Very bad service. Took a very long time to do basic service for my car. The service advisor promised to me that the service will take about max 3 hours but ended 5hours.. Totally wasting my time

Probably the best Ford Service Centre amongst all of them in KL/Selangor. Very kind and courteous staff who do their jobs diligently, hassle-free appointment scheduling (unlike the PJ2 branch along the Federal Highway that’s literally next to impossible to get through to), and quick servicing/warranty parts replacements, etc. Clean and comfortable waiting area too. Will keep patronising this branch as long as I’m driving my Ford.

Poor service. Parts for safety of vehicle not available. Have to pay for it in advance and takes upto a month for it. Till then, they advice me to don't drive fast.. they compromise customer safety and that's their best advice. Ford international should look at getting proper dealerships here in Malaysia!

These guys are terrible, wanted to change the engine oil but not the filter because they didn’t have it in stock. Call to say the car is ready to collect then the next day turn me away because they’ve not finished with it. Expensive prices too.
