Nice service apartment with all the necessary appliances included. The price really reasonable. Spent 3 nights here and the host was really nice. The check-in and out process was pretty smooth and return of the deposit was really quick. Fully recommended.
Rented the 2floors unit.rite behind the national library. Access to unit by card.easy check in n check out. dun leave it behind.. Haha. Car park 2lots.ours was at the top flr. Entrance to the unit 1 flr below. beautiful view during nite.looking over KL tower n petronas twin towers. Washer machine wit dryer. Tub. injunction stove/fridge/plenty of wardrobes Working kitchen/iron/hair dryer/tv/shampoo/shower gel. 2q 1s bed. Since our master bedroom acond not working we managed to get a studio unit. A bit hassle tho. The studio apt was OK.the mattress is a big NO.. The spring was so obvious.. Had a bad time sleeping. Noisy at 5am.neighbour got in.. Door opposite each other. The sound of the access entrance n the door locking mechanisme..klak klak klak.. Wow!!.. Annoyedno nice view over here.
Nice place. Everything in the suite seems new, which is great. Only thing you should take note before coming here is the pool timing. During PKPP, since the SOP is strict, they only allow 6 people in the pool. So, first come first serve. If you wanna jump in, be there before 10am! Overall, it's a good place. Recommended
Come here for vacation, they have very strict security procedure for visitor which is good for resident safety. Great view infinity pool, spacious gym, relax area, and nice facility.
Nice place to stay. Their suite is completely clean and the facilities in the room are very good in condition.
Ida made this place a great experience. Addressed my concerns, helpful and constantly followed up. However, parking space allotted was taken by someone else and there was also lack of clear directions about parking passes. Also the guards including Israel who is the person supervising the pool is very rude, refuse to let person I was with to sit on the pool chairs. The refusal to compromise or even be flexible is not evidenced of strict adherence to SOP, it illustrates ineptitude of the hospitality they provide. And the lack of communication skills amongst them is disappointing and frustrating. Having said that the room is spacious and appliances and furnitures are bought from IKEA which is very durable and provide sense of comfort and luxury.
Amazing view of the town with green and fresh surrounding. It's a pity that the infinity pool on top was always under maintenance, but the pool and scenes are beautiful. The staff was nice especially the guard at the pool, he was very silent but warm and focused. The loft was great, very spacious with top view. I love it very much \u003c3
