Car parking at jalan Bintulu jinjang almost blocked road after 7 pm ,, space road but all double parking cause accidents.. road clear morning 7 am Night feel nuisances two road became one road Please do something, have parking hall new building but all parking at road side

The malay women at front desk very bad attidute. Just ask a simple question but get scold from her even though there is no other customer around
Short of staff only one counter open.
Service good. When answer question with smile feel nice.
Operation hour is until 4.30pm but 4.20pm are close.
