These guys were quick to respond to a/c service request. They were on time! Friendly, honest and well presented. Cleaned up after themselves and were even lovely towards my children. Whilst first repair was not successful they were quick to send techs back out at no charge. Communication excellent. Recommend them any day.

I have contacted them three times before for air conditioner maintenance. The staff are very nice and professional. They charge reasonably too. I will not hesitate to contact them again.

I have used their services 2 times. They are professionals and they do get things done. However the downside is you get charged on first visit as much as rm120 and they will not fix anything. You get charged for fixing after they provide you a quote. They will deduct the first visit charge from the total bill. If you decide not to go ahead because of the cost or whatever you lose rm120. Now there are other service providers who will do a free inspection and quote you. I would suggest the free inspection service.

Avoid these people - or you will regret it. They burst a water main pipe in my house through sheer carelessness while drilling and then refused to repair it. Leaving a mess behind. The business is owned by some arrogant white guy who is most unhelpful. As for the quality of other work they did - really mediocre. My advice is to get workmen & contractors ONLY from recommendations of your friends or family. Ask around. Someone will know someone they can vouch for. The Internet is not a good place if you don't have DIRECT experience of the company.

Dear AAA Fix-it, I STRONGLY suggest that you fix the attitude of your staff. I recently called your company to take a look at a few issues in which i am facing at my house (wiring, plumbing, A/C).The contractors told me it was going to take 3 days to complete the job as it was quite extensive. We all came to an agreement on that and it was all good UNTIL i had to deal with the spawn of the devil in which in this case was your customer service operator Sharmili. I called in to get an update on the work that needed to be done on the second day and she had the AUDACITY to start screaming, yelling and blaming me to why the work could not have been done on that day to the point i had to tell her to calm down over the phone! (i'm not surprised if she reads this and start coming up with some stupid excuse to cover her ass). I asked for a quote anyways despite her HEINOUS behaviour, which she promised that she would forward to by the next day. Guess what, no update,no phone calls,no emails no NOTHING. Moral of the story is... don't waste your time and money dealing with this company. Clearly they have a long and awful track record and until they sort their issues i would suggest to look at other reliable companies.

I used AAA Fixit to install a water-heater and I am really happy with the service. It was a difficult Job because there where pipes in the ceiling, but the technician gave me great recommendations on how to do it the most efficient way. The installation was fast and clean. I am very happy with the work and surly will use them again. Thank you for the great work.

Excellent Work. They are the best plumbers by far, that I have ever worked with. They worked quickly, and were sure to clean up any mess made during the installation. This is the second time we have used this company and consider them our go to plumbers. They deserve more than 5 stars!

The invoice is 690myr not 570 myr so something is odd if you think it is 570 myr. The pressure is fine the heater is not , everything I have stated is correct. I would rather have good service than write a bad review, is that blackmail ? If you are thinking of using AAA I would strongly recommend you think again after reading this.. AAA fitted an Elton SS308 in line water heater ,the next day the heater pipe burst and flooded the flat. They showed no sympathy and refused to pay any compensation. On top of that the water heater is not effective , they charged 570 myr for the heater alone (extra for fixing ) that can be purchased on line for only 220 myr. Steve lever
