Service is good. But you need to make prior appointment a few days earlier. Make ample time to settle payment. Great service package for new car. I extend my warranty for my new almera by another 3 years. Staff are friendly. Waiting area is comfy. The centralised computer leave much to be desired. On the ground, what can be improved is a fast track lane to handle minor vehicle issues. This will dramatically improve turnaround time.

Been told that the car will take 2 hours but have waited for three and half hours. However, the staff have explained the reason of long hours. Good staff!

Ordered some parts & needed to repeatedly call before being informed parts have arrived. This morning I called to inquire on a separate order then was informed it’s here in kk, almost 2 weeks after. Most surprisingly, I received a message informing that the part has arrived, more than 30 mins AFTER I’ve picked up & paid for the part...!!!??? Blaming the CNY long holidays???
