Everyone is giving compliments about the curtain blinds they got from Maxtrack - fair enough, they are nice! Let me share a bit about the feeling from the "shopping experience" angle instead. If you ever wanted to get a great "curtain-shopping experience", look for Sharon, she'll be the only point of contact you'll ever need. Although we have personally get to know Sharon for quite some time now, she doesn't take the old friendship for granted. She treated me and my brother like her VIP customer, even though our intention was just to purchase some smaller items from Maxtrack. While we were shopping - Sharon took time to explain to us what's practical for us to use in our room, and she showcased us some modern tech in the curtain blinds' industry - truly an eye-opener! Before installation of the curtain blind, she personally came over to make sure our window's area are having enough space for the installation. During the installation, there were some small hiccups, she came over with her professional colleagues to make sure everything was done nicely. After everything was done, she double make sure we love everything they've done for us. All in all, the whole shopping and buying and installation experience was smooth and pleasant, we did not feel that we were being pushed to buy something unnecessary. My brother and I would love to thank Sharon wholeheartedly for such a great service rendered. Professional to the max! :) Edit: Now that we've used the curtain blind for a few weeks, it's really comfortable to be able to see what's at outside, gentle to the eyes and it's really awesome!

It's 7 years since we've installed blinds in our kitchen, bedroom and living room from Maxtrack. Not too long ago, we have added vertical panel blinds as a room divider which is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. All these blinds remains sturdy and colours stay. Small parts that requires replacement are always available and their after- service is prompt and professional. Good quality, long lasting and reliable blinds gives us the peace of mind. A simple phone call to Sharon and her team is all it takes to get them to come and check the problems. They make you feel appreciated. It's not just about the business. It's that extra human touch from Maxtrack.
