Went here to pickup things from labuan-kk ferry. This is my first time actually, and kinda hard to get there. The services was good and cheap, only the way they drop off the goods isn't practically safe. You gonna look down below (because the platform you stand up is higher level than the boat/ferry), then they will throw up the goods to you. If you fail to catch, then your item bye2 swimming in the sea

Must compare the price for each counter. Some counter charge high price and charge for gst hidden fees without providing receipt. Booking individual private boat charged higher than usual but also go with crowded. In the end is the same. The worst counter is number 1(Persatuan Bot-bot pelancong Pantai barat sabah) , cheat money by saying providing private boat but actually going in the crowd as usual. RM23 per pax in a crowded boat. RM250 for a private boat. Overall the manukan island is great, but having bad experience with the uncontrolled counter, and never provide proper receipt but charge us gst. As you can see in the pictures. It's call private boat when there is other people, and the seller even collect money from them when reach. So it's unfair and cunning company. Please blacklist booth number one as in the pictures

I was going to book and buy an advanced ticket to Labuan Island. The counter said I can do that maximum a week earlier. When I arrived at the counter at 7:30 a.m today 12.08.19 (ticket counter was closed on Sundays), the 2 ladies at ticket counter said all tickets are sold out for the date that I wanted. How is this possible? Are the tickets bought by runners? Is the management of the ferry terminal going to handle this? An inside job? Very bad image for this city.

Very confusing system to be honest but it works. The staff are friendly and I enjoyed my time there. Some booth cheat ans will overcharge you. The prices can be found online of you wish to know if someone is ripping you off.

Boardwalk is perfect for a sunset walk. It's easy to buy tickets for the different islands but the time at which you bord the boat might be a much later than you where told. The ride to the island was really bumpy for us but it only added to the fun. It could be cleaner if only the drivers weren't dropping their trash in the water all the time...
