My cat was incredibly sick and the last vet we went to was so rude and we felt unwelcome there. The Veterinary Doctor here was incredibly helpful and careful to explain everything about how to care for my cats. She gave a thorough inspection and even gave me the option of either giving solid or liquid medication for my cat. Overall, the entire experience was so nice. The staff were super accommodating and the Doctor was excellent in handling pets and people. The payment is reasonable (mine was RM 65 including the consultation fee medication. This could vary though, but I find this vet clinic to have a fair price compared to others.) Vaccination here for cats is also cheap, only RM 50. Hope that helps! :) I rarely give out reviews but my first impression here was really great. So, I think they deserve the excellent rating as well.

The team behind Jesselton Animal Clinic genuinely cares about my dog Kobe, always checking up on his status even after consultation. I appreciate Dr Jessie’s advise also did surgery to remove bladder stones very well. Dr Jessie was patient and always explain the condition instead of just administering medication. Thumbs up to the entire team! (Shout-out to Dr Jessie!)
