Nice ambiente, Hardrock is inside the Mall.. when enter the Mall at G floor walk to the Lift and go 1st floor...when come out of Lift go right handside.. is almost at the end of the Mall. Have positive experience with all staff in Restaurant and also @Rockshop. Service at Rockshop was comfortable. They have good selection of clothes, T-Shirts, jackets etc2. For some shirts they have also big sizes available.. ( XXXL). Kinabalu shirt design looks nice. The staff in Rockshop are informative and supportive. Good environment, deco etc. Note the Rockshop is G floor and the restaurant 1st Floor. There is an downstairs from Restaurant direct to Rockshop. Restaurant interior lots of items to see. Nice live music stage. Spend some time there, is nice place and also located front of the Ocean. Enjoy your time
Never disappointed with Hard rock singer and sound system. Only the entrance is not very happening. Quiet ground floor BUT when u enter the upper level with singer. You will feel the aura are same again in every hard rock.
Food - Chicken Caesar salad and twisted mac and cheese was good! The chicken could be juicier and I really liked the Mac and cheese. Price - much pricier than other places. However they were having some lunch promotions which looked rather reasonable. Environment- very well designed with a good ambience. You can enjoy the sea view by the balcony. Music was just nice - not too loud. Service- service was good. Staffs were attentive and friendly. To get there might be a little trickier as upon entering the mall from the main entrance, unless you turn left, you probably will miss the banner that leads you to the cafe. If you’ve taken the lift to first floor, you probably will get a little lost as well (you need to turn right and walk all the way!) This is probably something that the mall if not the cafe can improve on- a clear store directory would be really helpful.

Very friendly staff and musician here，foods are fantastic with many selections of drinks，happy hours before nine pm，balcony seats with sea view，guitars from Carl wilson of beach boy，cheap trick，Kiss etc can be seem here。
