this is the worst courier company i have met. Slow delivery and bad customer service. When i requested for status update for my delivery from customer service, they keep give excuses and can't even answer my questions properly. If i can give negative star i will not hesitate to do so! They won't bother to improve their quality, because they can get business with corporate. So just don't waste your money and try to avoid this company at all cost.

Worst Delivery Company in Malaysia. Price increase without inform partial of the customer. Packing & weight need 1 to 2 weeks. After payment, 24 months to receive. Air freight 1 week after payment, reach Malaysia and stuck for 1 month also no delivery. Not responsible on missing item even with insurance purchased. Pay for fragile sticker, but most of the parcel is not done. Customer service worst than AI or machine response. You may be lucky to get the time frame per said from them, but you will get trap like most of their customer on few months of delivery date

This company cannot be use. Since last year 2019 oct item brought from china and now is 2020 july. Still cant receive my parcel. They always give bunch of lame excuse. They denied parcel lost or cant be found problem they did. Customer service is poor.

Steps are simple enough for me to understand and used. Have used air freight small parcel for 4-5 times now and I did not experience any missing parcel unlike other reviews. Definitely user friendly!

So worst and I called for few times but no one picked up!! My items stuck at custom and no update or immediate respond from them!! worst worst worst! Will never use this courier service!
