Some doctors are very rude to the patients.The terrible one I had experienced is with female Indian doctor.I think doctors like her never been taught how to talk to the patients by their superiors. Tak ada budi bahasa langsung!

I have never felt more humiliated by the staff in my life. On the 6th of July 2020 in the morning, I went to the KK Butterworth as per my appointment. After seeing the doctor at room 11, I went to submit the given documents to the desk staff to get my appointment. I left the documents in the tray and sat down. I waited until my name was called. When I approached the desk and sat down, the nurse in attendance talked to me in such a loud voice that I think everyone in the KK must have heard it. She said I needed to continue taking my treatment for diabetes, informing everyone that I had diabetes. In that loud voice she gave me instructions what to do. I did not say anything, went to take my medication and left. I am 64 years old. I am also a respected lecturer in a college where I have been working for 9 years. I cannot describe the agony and humiliation I feel until now. I know I am getting free treatment but this does not anyone the right to humiliate me like this. To put it bluntly, I know I am an Indian but this does not make me a pariah even if others feel the same. I have 3 children who have finished their Degree and Diploma. I am a respectable man, respected by my college and students. I do not recommend anyone going to KK Butterworth for treatment. That's really inefficient clinic over here, have to wait more than half an hour even during the off-peak to get my medicine. Although there is two dispensing counter, usually they are only open one to get the drugs. While for the medical seeking, it depends on the crowd. If a lot of people, sometimes I have to wait for about an hour. I hope this could be improved, so that others dont have wait so long.

Hi having experience each appointment that I encounter with the counter staff,you will notice that they are not doing their job efficiently,they are always chatting away,also too many counter staffs standing around eg. if patient appointment is at 10 am and you were earlier than those 9am appointment patients,those 9am have all being sort out and there is a pile of 10 am patient waiting ,will it be faster to sort those 10am group instead of wasting the time waiting for those 9am to arrive.I notice on the checkup section is empty all because of the counter section inefficiency with their performance,don't believe kindly survey one self.Very disappointed patient hate this type of tidak apa attitude
