Had an appointment and even came 30 mins early but doctor was not even in yet! The frontdesk said she would come in 2 hours due to emergency surgery case. That was unprofessional as they should have called but we stuck around and came 3 hours later because we knew there were appointments before us but she still has not arrived! So unprofessional and because of that we left without any sort of consultation. Waste of time. Doctor is unprofessional, do not communicate with staff about her appointments. Do not recommend.

Not the normal clinic, its highly time consuming and pricey but thats the price you really have to sacrifice for your child. Normal waiting hours 4-5 hours . Give you a tip, may reduce your waiting hours...ask the receptionist to inform you after the doctor has arrived...then you go for your booking hours. That is if you can get the receptionist !!! Basically if the receptionist answers your call, the doctor is due to be at the clinic. If not, dont waste your time to be there even if you have an appointment. Personally, agree with all the complaints but had to endure it and the reward was godly. Please improve Medina.

A SCAM! Be careful! Horrible clinic. There are very disturbing issues with this place. The "doctor" takes so much money for each session (we have been going there for more than 6 months) and doesn't do anything, keeps giving prescription of useless medicine (which was expired twice when we took it from their pharmacy and we had to replace it). Add to that the long hours of waiting, and you can clearly and rudely see how people that come late can get early and before you (even if you booked an appointment) if they paid more to the clinic. If you are thinking of going here, PLEASE DON'T!! We wasted so much money and time and the illness only got worse. Please look into other options! There are so many better options. Your loved ones health deserves way better than this. People who work here should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of others!

Wasted 3 hours, had the intention to support this clinic, but was extremely disappointed. That's why la people seek treatment elsewhere. Doctor took almost an hour plus for a patient, and an hour to pray! We ended up taking our business to a much better gynaecology centre.

Regarding the front desk service and time management of this clinic im agreed that they really really need improvement on this matter.. But about the price y'all should know that Dr Masita is specialist in her field..of course it will cost you a bit.. And that's the reason why Ferrari and vios aren't the same price.. To become a specialist isn't like the same to grab a diploma in local college.. So please at least respect her efforts.. What i mean is if you think this clinic is expensive you are free to choose others normal clinic who have "general doctor" in it rather than dropping some negative comment and downgraded others.. It just my thoughts i'am nothing to do with this clinic.. Im also spend a lot of money here just to make sure my wife received specialist advice on her pregnancy "while i can afford it"..
