A clean and tidy clinic. Staff are helpful and well-mannered.A good registration system too. However, I wish to suggest to the management of the clinic to revert to the old system, i.e. the clinic be open to public early instead of 7:30 am. In this way, patients who arrive early can take a queue number and wait for the service counter to open at 7:30 am instead of waiting outside at the lobby area. This will prevent a rush and jump queue problem when the door is opened.
