Worst printing shop ever. RUDE OWNER. Medicore designs for kad kahwin. Was told during the first meeting that we could discuss about the design until we were satisfied but that didn’t happen. There was no direct discussion and communication between the designer/owner and customer. Asked to tweak a design for the second time by just changing the COLOUR of the card (whom originally suggested by one of HIS OWN WORKER after the second discussion) but got rejected. The owner called thru the phone with no manners, raised his voice, spoke in a rude tone and was told I no longer able to change the design which was not we were agreeing upon in the first place (where was him when we were discussing about the design?). 0/5 star, I would not recommend this printing shop at all. PLEASE LEARN SOME MANNERS AND IMPROVES ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
