Nice customer service.. Just make sure you use the right road to reach there.. Don't miss the junction because there are construction work there.. Park at car showroom better.. But, need to climb stair to the zurich office

The service is really really slow.. got many counter but only one person dealing with everything which is counter 3..ive been waiting for nearly one hour only they finish dealing with 2 ppl . Sigh really sucks la.

Nice clean, spacious office space. Plenty of parking lots available. The downside is their staff attitude. I took my number and waited for my turn, soon my number was called.The cashier took my payment and proceeded to print my receipt. All of a sudden a marketing staff (Chinese girl) barges in front of me and starts a conversation with the cashier. After waiting patiently for around 3 minutes I alerted her of a rudeness in jumping the queue. I think the management must look into this matter. It happened today 5th September 2019 around 10.35 a.m.
