Very unprofessional customer service by one of the old C lady staff.. She speaks very2 loud for other ppl to hear is it? Purpose ? Customer pay its not good enough meh.. pity other young to work wt ths kind of old self centered

Customer service very slow. Most of the time only 2 CSA available. If there's more than 3 people in the que..you better come later if you have something else to do. Really need to improve

The road fronting the Prudential office is not properly surfaced. The water is stagnant and it's a perfect ground for mosquitoes to breed here.
